Council on mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks according to Article 13 and for the purpose of ensuring realization of provisions of Articles 4, of 5, of 7, of 8, solved 9 and 10 intergovernmental agreements about mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998: determine that

the certificate or diploma about vocational training issued in the Republic of Belarus, the diploma about vocational training or the certificate on working qualification, issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the certificate or certificate on professional training issued in the Kyrgyz Republic, the diploma about primary professional education and the certificate on qualification, issued in the Russian Federation, and the diploma about primary professional education and the certificate on qualification, issued in the Republic of Tajikistan are recognized the Parties and are equivalent in case of revenues to work according to the specialty (profession) and qualification specified in documents if organizations of education which issued diplomas of the state sample underwent the state accreditation;
