The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Customs committee of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation and Customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which further are referred to as with the Parties, recognizing need of simplification of international carriages as all modes of transport by electronic exchange of declarations and data on the goods moved through borders of state members of Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC);
recognizing international standards of development of information technologies, in particular standard rules of new edition of the International convention about simplification and harmonization of customs procedures;
based on the Agreement on uniform conditions of transit through the territories of the State Parties of the Customs union of January 22, 1998;
being guided by Art. 13 of the Protocol on customs control over the goods and vehicles moved between customs authorities of the State Parties of the Customs union of February 17, 2000
intending:
accelerate and facilitate movement of goods through the territories of state members of EurAsEC;
ensure safety of transportations of goods;
prevent illegal movement of goods,
agreed as follows:
