The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Turkmenistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
being guided by desire of further development friendly and good-neighbourhood between two states,
aiming to enhance procedure for mutual trips of citizens on the basis of the principles of equality and mutual advantage,
agreed as follows:
Citizens of the state of one Party drive, leave and move on the territory of the state of other Party according to the valid documents according to appendices 1 and 2 and on the conditions provided by this agreement.
1. The citizens of the state of one Party who are owners of the valid diplomatic or service passports drive, leave and move on the territory of the state of other Party without visas. Specified persons can be in the territory of the state of other Party within 30 days, since date of crossing of border.
If citizens of the state of one Party (owners of diplomatic or service passports) intend to stay in the territory of the state of other Party more than 30 days, that diplomatic representation or consular establishment of the state which citizens these persons are sends inquiry for prolongation of term of stay of this person to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the state of stay which, in turn, gives the corresponding confirmation.
2. The citizens of the state of one Party who are the staff of diplomatic representation, either consular establishment, or other official representations, and also international organizations which are in the territory of the state of other Party and the having valid diplomatic or service passports of the state of one Party drive, leave and move on the territory of the state of other Party without visas for all term of official mission. The diplomatic representation of the state of one Party notifies the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the state of other Party on arrival of these employees to place of employment.
