- The program of monitoring of lands of agricultural purpose of the Kyrgyz Republic for the period since 1999 to 2005 and the next years.

2. To the state land management agency, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of environmental protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve technique of carrying out monitoring of lands of agricultural purpose.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and local public administrations on representation by the State agency on land management, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of amount of works to provide annual financing of accomplishment of the Program approved by this resolution due to assignments from the government budget within the approved expense budgets.

4. National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic to give scientific and methodical help to the State land management agency, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and to local public administrations - the help in the organization and conducting monitoring of lands of agricultural purpose.
