About approval of Rules of visit by citizens of the organizations performing punishments, pre-trial detention centers
For the purpose of implementation of Article 21 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and enhancement of activities of correctional facilities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of visit by citizens of the organizations performing punishments, pre-trial detention centers.
2. To managements of Committee of criminal executive system on areas, chiefs of correctional facilities in practical activities strictly to be guided by these Rules.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This Order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
