Consider No. 72 which voided Goskomtrud's resolution of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 1993 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for resettlement of the unemployed and members of their families, compensations of expenses by it and receipt of other compensations in connection with moving to other area on the new residence and works" (registration No. 68/12 of 20.10.93).
