About calculation of rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed

1. Determine that rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed (the FEACN CU code 7502 10 000 0) is determined taking into account the average price which developed for the period monitoring on the nickel which is not alloyed (London metal exchange) and is calculated by formulas according to appendix. The period of monitoring the period from the 1st of the first calendar month of quarter on the last number of the last calendar month of quarter inclusive is.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

perform quarterly monitoring of prices of nickel not alloyed;

introduce quarterly, no later than the 20th of the calendar month following the end of the period of monitoring in the Government of the Russian Federation offers on establishment of rate of the export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed, calculated according to the formulas provided by appendix to this resolution.

3. The rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed becomes effective from the 5th of the third calendar month following the end of the period of monitoring.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 1 month after day of its official publication.
