About approval of rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of reduction of rates of export customs duties in compliance with obligations of the Russian Federation after its accession to the World Trade Organization and according to article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on accession of the Russian Federation to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization of the April 15, 1994 signed on December 16, 2011.
