1. Approve Regulations on Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month:
bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;
resolve issue concerning transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the sphere of management of Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine from the sphere of management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of the companies necessary for ensuring accomplishment assigned to Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine of functions.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
