Questions of the Public migratory service of Ukraine

1. Approve Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine, for nationalities and religions to provide proper accomplishment of functions which belonged to the called bodies before entry into force of this Decree and are transferred to powers of the Public migratory service of Ukraine before completion of forming of system of its bodies.

3. Before legislative settlement of the organization and activities of the Public migratory service of Ukraine:

for ensuring accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Public migratory service of Ukraine on realization of state policy in the field of counteraction of illegal migration, and also administrative prosecution for violation of the law in the field of registration of physical persons, issues of identity documents and confirming nationality to form division of militia of migratory control with a total limiting number of 1500 units in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, having functionally subordinated him to the Public migratory service of Ukraine.

Determine that:

the division of militia of migratory control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is financed by the means provided in the government budget for the corresponding year for implementation of actions for counteraction of illegal (illegal) migration, and also other means which are provided for the Public migratory service of Ukraine;

the structure, the staff list and the estimate of division of militia of migratory control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine affirms the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in coordination with the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine;
