The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

considering provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998, with changes of February 26, 2002,

proceeding from importance of coordination of collateral actions in the fields of education and forming of general educational space,

recognizing feasibility of interaction in creation of the approved approaches for education quality assurance, agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the stated below terms mean the following:

accreditation - periodic assessment and recognition by the state or public organization of activities of the educational organization / organization (educational program), as answering to the established criteria, requirements, regulations and educational standards;

certification - periodic assessment by the state of compliance of the educational services rendered by the educational organization / organization to requirements of educational standards;

quality of education - the education compliance (received and received) to requirements and interests of the personality, society, state;

the educational program - set of main objectives, tasks and content of formation of certain level and/or orientation, and also the list and the sequence of the educational actions necessary for the goal achievement and tasks established by the educational standard.
