About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2007 No. 924 and of October 23, 2007 No. 1389

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2007 No. 924 "About the wholesale trade performed in the form of electronic trading" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 183, 5/25540; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736):
1.1.1. exclude Item 2;
1.1.2. in Item 11 of the Rules of the wholesale trade performed in the form of electronic trading, approved by this resolution:
"and" to exclude registration of its information trade system in the Ministry of Trade from paragraph one of part two of the word;
third to exclude part;
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.02.2012 No. 156
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
