To provide to the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus till April 1, 2008 decision making by republican legal entities and legal entities concerning whom the state, having controlling stock (share) or other image which is not contradicting the legislation, can determine the decisions made by these legal entities on implementation of electronic wholesale trade by them in information trade system of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company.
