1. Approve the enclosed Concept of reforming of compensation of workers of the budget sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2011-2015.
2. To the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the interested ministries, the state committees and administrative departments till June 15, 2011 to develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure the draft of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of reforming of compensation of workers of the budget sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2011-2015.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of social security, health care, work and migration of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
