About introduction of amendments to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional creative specialists and the creative unions" concerning the privilege of the creative unions to the conclusion of the lease agreement of rooms of the state-owned or utility property

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional creative specialists and the creative unions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, N 52, Art. 312; 2001, N 41, Art. 199; 2004, N 16, Art. 238) following changes:

the tenth parts one to exclude the paragraph;

after part one to add with new part of the following content:

"The creative unions in case of the termination of term of the lease agreement of the room of the state-owned or utility property have the right, preferential before other physical persons and legal entities, to the conclusion of the lease agreement of this property according to the law".

With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
