In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30.03.2011 N 310 "About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 N 1298" I ORDER:
1. Make change to appendix 1 to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 26.09.2005 N 557 "About ordering of payment terms of work and approval of schemes of job grades of employees of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.10.2005 for N 1130/11410 (with changes), having added the first offer of paragraph one of the note 1 after figures and the word "613 hryvnias" with words and figures "; with 1 aprelya625 hryvnias.".
2. To provide to heads of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions differentiation of the salary of workers for whom identical official pay rates, due to establishment of surcharges, allowances and awards are determined.
3. To provide to department of economy and financing (Danilenko S. V.) state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since April 1, 2011.
5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister P. M. Kulikov.
