Recommend to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic till February 15, 1996 to develop Regulations on the state fund to extraordinary financial support of agricultural industry and to bring it in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for approval.
3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on rural credit cooperatives and their associations.
4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic, to heads of regional and district public administrations to render assistance in creation of credit cooperatives and their associations.
5. To National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the regional and district centers for land and agrarian reform to exempt rural credit cooperatives and their associations from payments for registration and assignment of qualification codes and their inclusion in structure of the Single State Register of Statistical Units (SSRSU).
