About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of the decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of financing of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 20, 2010 No. 132 the following amendment and changes:

in Item 1:

- exclude the word "complete";

- add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Resolve the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic use of special funds according to the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding period.";

2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 29, 2009 No. 668 the following amendments and changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 26:
