ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About liquidation of the Republican state company "Uranlikvidrudnik" of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 1 of article 130 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate the Republican state company "Uranlikvidrudnik" of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 05.08.2013 No. 796

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.09.2014 No. 995

3) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
