Based on part three of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market", subitem 4.68-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2009 No. 110 "About some questions of establishment of correspondence relations by Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 226, 8/21429) the following amendments:
to add paragraph two after words of "securities" with words ", except bonds which will be placed out of the territory of the Republic of Belarus";
third to add the paragraph with words ", except for contracts for depositary servicing of issuers on bonds which placement will be performed out of the territory of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
