1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for determination of cost assessment (standard price) for the earth of agricultural purpose.

2. To the state agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- determine standard prices of the specific parcel of land in case of their realization at the biddings, making of civil transactions with the parcel of land, compensation of losses and losses of owners in case of the redemption of lands for the state and social needs;

- bring as required in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the offer on refining of procedure for standard price of the earth.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 22, 2000 No. 511 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of cost assessment (standard price) of the earth of agricultural purpose".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of development of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
