1. Approve:

1) regulations on the Commission on the cash registers with fiscal memory permitted to use in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Commission), according to appendix 1;

2) structure of the Commission, according to appendix 2;

3) form of the Register of data on the cash registers with fiscal memory permitted to use in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Magazine), according to appendix 3;

4) procedure for filling of the Magazine, according to appendix 4.

2. Working body of the Commission to determine Management of tax control of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bazarbayeva A. B.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
