About entering of amendments and changes into Rules of forwarding activities

In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2010 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About forwarding activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of forwarding activities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2006 No. 1766 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 6, 5/24472), the following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add Item 1 after the word "forms" with words ", including approximate,";

1.2. in item 4:

in part two of the word "acts as the client" shall be replaced with words "acquires the rights and the client's obligations according to the freight forwarding agreement";

in part three of the word "in form according to appendix 1" shall be replaced with words "which approximate form is established according to appendix 1";

1.6. state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. In cases if it is provided by the freight forwarding agreement, the freight forwarder has the right to sign for customer account with insurance company agreements of voluntary insurance of loads according to the legislation.";
