About some questions connected with donorship of blood and its components

According to Article part three 12, Article part four 20, Article part two 26, Article part three 29, parts five and the sixth Article 31, article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2010 "About donorship of blood and its components" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. and its components (further if other is not provided by this resolution, – donors) for blood donation, its components on paid basis the monetary compensation is paid to blood donors in the amount of:

35 percent of the budget of the subsistence minimum on average per capita approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and existing on the date of payment implementation (further – the budget of subsistence minimum), for each donation of blood and its components – to donors;

9 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum for each dose of blood (450 ml ± 50 ml) – to the donors who handed over plasma by method of manual plasma exchange;

1,5 of percent of the budget of subsistence minimum for each 50 ml of plasma – to the donors who handed over plasma by method of automatic plasma exchange;

15 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum for each dose of blood (450 ml ± 50 ml) – to donors of the blood cells received by cytapheresis;
