About approval of the Technical regulation on green labeling
According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About standards, technical regulations and assessment procedures of compliance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation on green labeling and the actions plan on its application which are applied.
2. Determine the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources responsible for application of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.

General provisions
1. The technical regulation on green labeling (further - the Technical regulation) is developed taking into account Regulations of the European Parliament and the EU Council of November 25, 2009 66/2010 / Є With about sign of green labeling of the European Union.
