About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" concerning financing of road economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, N 7-8, 2011 N 3220-VI and N 3222-VI) the following changes:

Article 27 to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"Permit the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to make changes to indicators of the list of the government budget for the purpose of display of actual receipt in 2011 of such credits (loans) and expenses according to the appropriate budget programs within the total amount of these credits (loans) approved by the appendix N 9 to this Law with adjustment of indicators of financing, expenses and the crediting established by appendices N 2, N 3 and N 4 to this Law, and limiting amount of the public debt determined by article 8 of this Law";

Article 29 to add 2) with part two of the following content:

"Permit the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide in the procedure determined by it in 2011 means to Public service of highways of Ukraine on covering of the temporary cash gaps of special fund of the government budget connected with accomplishment of the budget program "Development of Network and Content of Highways Public" due to attraction of financial resources of the single treasurer account on the terms of their return until the end of the year without charge of interest for using such means".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
