Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 N 122-FZ "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 30, Art. 3594; 2001, N 16, Art. 1533; 2002, N 15, Art. 1377; 2003, N 24, Art. 2244; 2004, N 27, Art. 2711; N 30, of Art. 3081; 2005, N 1, Art. 22, 40; 2006, N 27, Art. 2881; 2008, N 20, Art. 2251; 2009, N 1, Art. 14; N 52, of Art. 6410; 2011, N 13, Art. 1688) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 7:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"3. Data on contents of documents of title, the generalized data on the rights of the individual to the real estate objects which are available or being available for it, statements containing data on transition of the rights to real estate objects, and also data on recognition of the owner incapacitated or it is limited capable are provided only:";

b) the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"to heads, deputy managers of federal executive bodies, heads, deputy managers of their territorial authorities, heads, deputy managers of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, heads, deputy managers of local government bodies, if the corresponding data are necessary for implementation of powers of data of bodies in the established field of activity, including for rendering the state or municipal services;";
