3) forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship behind use and protection of lands according to appendix 3 to this order;
4) forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship behind geodetic and cartographic activities according to appendix 4 to this order.
2. To department of the state control of use and protection of lands, the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources (Sarsenov S. Sh.):
1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration of this order to provide its official publication;
