1. Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 03.06.2005 N 4123 "About approval of the Procedure for approval in State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of contracts of reinsurance with non-resident reinsurers for transfer (purchase) of foreign currency by resident insurers and insurance (reinsurance) resident brokers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.06.2005 for N 694/10974.
2. Department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures together with department of legal providing to provide provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. Department organizational and analytical, documentary and staffing to provide placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after its state registration.
4. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the vice-chairman compliance with distribution of obligations.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
