Article 1

1. The military forming of the Russian Federation deployed in the territories of some foreign states for the purpose of this Federal Law are understood as the Commonwealths of Independent States deployed in the territories of the State Parties, and also the Republics of Abkhazia and the Republics South Ossetia of consolidation, connections, military units and the organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies, military courts, offices of military courts, military prosecutor's offices and military investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (further - military forming).

c) the citizens of the Russian Federation working in military forming;
