According to requirements of Articles 6, of 20, of 21 Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the Law of Ukraine "About the main beginnings of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" (with changes) I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on medical practice it (is applied).
2. (Gazhaman T. O.) to provide to department of management and quality control of medical services of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine:
2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. The publication of this order in mass media.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Anishchenko O. V.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
