About approval of Rules of accreditation of subjects of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of subjects of scientific and (or) nauchnotekhnichesky activities".
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2003 No. 421 "About approval of Rules of carrying out accreditation of the non-state scientific organizations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 18, the Art. 188);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 19, 2003 No. 460 "About approval of the Regulations on certification of the scientific organizations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 20, the Art. 206);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 8, 2007 No. 370 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 19, 2003 No. 460 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 14, the Art. 165).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
