About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961)
For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of the legalization of foreign official documents made in the city of Hague on October 5, 1961 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine that the official documents specified make sure of article 1 of the Convention canceling the requirement of the legalization of foreign official documents made in the city of Hague on October 5, 1961 by putting down of apostille on these documents according to appendix.
2. Determine as the organizations having powers on putting down of apostille, the following state bodies:
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on the official documents coming from judicial authorities, civil registration and other state bodies, and also notaries;
The ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on the official documents coming from the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education;
The Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on the official documents coming from the organizations of initial, main average, general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary education;
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on the official documents coming from structural divisions of migratory police, the archive references and copies of the archive documents coming from the special Public Records Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions;
The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on archive references and copies of the archive documents coming from the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) - on the official documents coming from judicial authorities;
