1. Item 3 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22713), to add with subitem 3.5 of the following content:
"3.5. implementation of state regulation of metallurgical production, productions of finished metal goods, machines and the equipment, electric equipment, electronic and optical equipment, vehicles and the equipment, and also creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership performing these types of economic activity.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
