For the purpose of ensuring economic stability of the state and realization of constitutional right of citizens on worthy level of living, including creation of conditions for purchase of goods, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Export by physical persons from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Customs union of goods over the established regulations is allowed on condition of payment by these persons of special collection in the amount of double average price of the specified goods (further - special collection), except for export of the tobacco products of the Belarusian production acquired in the shopping facilities located at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and which stopped the activities as duty-free shops according to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2007 No. 589 "About features of functioning of duty-free shops" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 287, 1/9127).
2. Set restriction for sale of automobile fuel at gas stations of no more than 200 liters on one cargo vehicle.
3. Prohibit sales of goods to physical persons from warehouses, bases, from utility rooms of the organizations.
4. Approve enclosed:
the inventory and regulations of their export by physical persons in case of which exceeding special collection is subject to payment;
the inventory, temporarily prohibited to export by physical persons.
