1. Approve form of the act of destruction of goods under customs control (appendix N 1) and procedure for filling of the act of destruction of goods under customs control (appendix N 2).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of FCS of Russia of April 11, 2007 N 457 "About approval of the Instruction about making of separate customs transactions when using customs regime of destruction" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 23.05. 2007, рег. N 9539);

the order of FCS of Russia of December 25, 2009 N 2387 "About introduction of amendments to the order of FCS of Russia of April 11, 2007 N 457" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 28.01.2010, рег. N 16106).

3. For public relations (A. V. Smelyakov) to provide to management publication of this order in official publications of FCS of Russia.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia S. O. Shokhin.
