For the purpose of execution of the Law on the government budget, the Law on the budget of the national social insurance, the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance and local decisions of council on approval of budgets of administrative and territorial units for 2011 I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2011.
2. Cancel the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. 07/1-6/161 of December 15, 2009 "Procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2010", with subsequent changes.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
