About enhancement of procedure for delivery, the room and storage in parking lots of the vehicles detained for violations of the law
For the purpose of law enforcement in case of delivery, the room and storage in parking lots of the vehicles detained for violations of the law, observance of health and fire-proof regulations, establishment of requirements to storage locations the Cabinet of Ministers decides increases in responsibility for safety of vehicles:
1. Establish since September 1, 2011 procedure according to which:
storage of the vehicles detained by authorized state bodies in the cases established by the legislation is performed by the legal entities selected on competitive basis by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent;
the legal entities selected on competitive basis for rendering services in storage of the detained vehicles based on the message (address) of authorized state body provide delivery (transportation) of detainees for violations of the law of vehicles to the place of their storage;
the extreme amount of payment for the rendered services in delivery (transportation) and storage of vehicles is established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for delivery, the room and storage in parking lots of the vehicles detained for violations of the law according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for carrying out competitive selection of the legal entities rendering services in storage of the vehicles detained for violations of the law according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on procedure of activities for rendering services in storage of the vehicles detained for violations of the law according to appendix No. 3.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
