About measures for enhancement of procedure for provision of the parcels of land for implementation of town-planning activities and other nonagricultural needs

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for provision of the parcels of land, the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring protection of the rights of legal entities and physical persons to the parcels of land, improvements of architectural appearance of settlements of the republic, optimum use of their lands under building according to the Land code and the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for compensation of the caused losses to owners, users, lessees and owners of the parcels of land, and also losses of agricultural and forestry and landscape production, including the caused damage in the cases which led to conclusion of lands from agricultural turnover according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to public authorities on places by provision of the parcels of land:

strict observance of requirements of master plans of settlements and other town-planning documentation on development of the territories, and also non-admission of construction and reconstruction of objects without the project documentation approved in accordance with the established procedure and without their coordination with the approved master plans of the cities and settlements;

decision making about provision of the parcels of land is strict within the powers on the basis of the approved town-planning documentation;

the advancing forming of engineering infrastructure in the territories which are taken away for construction of facilities of individual housing construction and subjects of entrepreneurship.
