About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968
Based on article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22712), to add with subitem 3.9 of the following content:
"3.9. creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership, and also the individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the field of housing and communal services.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
