1. General provisions

1. These rules of transportations of passengers and baggage on inland water transport (daleepravil) are developed according to the subitem 19) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About inland water transport" and determine procedure for transportation of passengers and baggage on inland water transport.

2. Action of these rules extend on all physical persons and legal entity transporting passengers and baggage on inland waterways of the Republic of Kazakhstan including ferry boats (further - carrier).
