About some questions of work with addresses of citizens and legal entities

For the purpose of enhancement in state bodies, other organizations of system of calls accounting of citizens and legal entities, and also the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: streamlinings of work with the addresses which arrived during "direct phone lines" and "hot lines"

1. Determine that:

"direct phone lines" are drawn by heads and other officials of state bodies, other organizations for the purpose of explanation to citizens and legal entities of questions within the competence or on in advance planned subject caused by its relevance;

"hot lines" are drawn by heads and other officials of state bodies, other organizations for special phone numbers (except for phone numbers of the emergency services) for the purpose of the message citizens and legal entities of information on the questions requiring acceptance by state body, other organization of response measures within the competence.

2. The clerical work according to the addresses which arrived during "direct phone lines" and "hot lines" is conducted in state bodies, other organizations according to the procedure, established by state body, other organization, taking into account the requirements containing in Item 3 of this resolution.

3. In case of the address to "direct phone line" and "the hot line" the citizen shall report the surname, own name, middle name (in case of its availability) this about the residence and (or) works (study), and representatives of legal entities - the name of the legal entity and his legal address, surname, own name, middle name (in case of its availability), to state address essence.
