About approval of the Regulations on the State register of bases of personal data and procedure for its maintaining
In pursuance of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State register of bases of personal data and procedure for its maintaining which are applied.
2. To public service concerning personal data protection:
take measures till July 1, 2011 for creation of the State register of bases of personal data;
provide since July 1, 2011 registration of bases of personal data in the specified Register by results of consideration of the applications of owners of personal data about such registration.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.05.2012 No. 456
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 15 and 16 of the Regulations on the State register of bases of the personal data and procedure for its maintaining which are becoming effective since January 1, 2012.
