About modification of the inventory which cannot be located in the mode of customs warehouse, and recognition lost some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the inventory which cannot be located in the regime of customs structure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2002 No. 1867 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 51, with the Art. 2302), such changes:

paragraphs the third, eighth and ninth to exclude;

in paragraph seven of the word of "individuals" to replace with the word of "citizens".

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
