For the purpose of further increase in the list and sales amounts through the commodity and raw exchange of exclusive types of products, raw materials and materials, and also for subjects of small business to them and private entrepreneurship the Cabinet of Ministers decides expansions of access:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics, State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition, JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange on approval of the list of additional exclusive types of products with determination of the minimum amount of their exposure to the exchange biddings, according to the appendix N 1.

2. Determine that since July 1, 2011:

realization of the exclusive types of products included in appendix N 1, is performed according to the Section I of the Regulations on special procedure for realization of strategic types of material resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 5, 2004 N 57;

the manufacturing organizations perform obligatory exposure to the exchange biddings of exclusive types of products, according to the appendix N 1 to this resolution, except for amounts on which agreements for 2011, without the right of their prolongation are signed;

the exclusive types of products specified in appendix N 1, acquired at the exchange biddings, are used only for own needs, production and resale are not subject.
