Bring in the Procedure for issue of special permissions to maintaining separate types of activity in the territory of exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2000 No. 1869 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 51, the Art. 2219), the following changes:

Item 8 in paragraph eight "chief" to replace the word with the word "Chairman";

to exclude paragraph two of Item 15;

in the text of the Procedure for the word "State Department — Administration of Exclusion Zone and Zone of Unconditional (Obligatory) Settling Out (Further — Administration of Exclusion Zone)" and "Administration of Exclusion Zone" in all cases and forms of number to replace with the word "GAZO";

in appendix 2 to the Procedure for the word "The Ministry of Questions of Emergency Situations and for Protection of the Population Against Effects of the Chernobyl Catastrophic Crash" and "State Department — Administration of Exclusion Zone and Zone of Unconditional (Obligatory) Settling Out" shall be replaced with words "The state agency on management of exclusion zone".
