1. Determine that:
the procedure for preparation of the conclusion about employment opportunity outside the Republic of Belarus for the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus according to student's programs affirms the Ministry of Education;
the procedure for issue of the conclusions about possibility of attraction to the Republic of Belarus for the foreign citizens or stateless persons which do not have permissions to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus, for implementation of labor activity in its territory and about possibility of implementation by the foreign citizen or stateless person, not having permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus, labor activity according to the employment contract affirms as the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 12, 2011.
