1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The southern Kazakhstan state teacher training college" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Company).

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the Company the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the Company;

2) state registration of the Company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2000 No. 1021 "About approval of the List of the state higher educational institutions, not privatizeable" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 28, the Art. 339):
