3. To the executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth with participation of plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the CIS and the bodies of the Commonwealth interested departments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth, the national and international scientific organizations and associations to complete project development of the Perspective plan of preparation of documents and actions for implementation of the Concept of forming of information space of the Commonwealth of Independent States and to submit it for consideration of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth in 1997.
