About some questions of application by economic courts of part ten of Article 189 of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus

1. According to part ten of Article 189 of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus (further – HPK) economic courts of the first, appeal, cassation and supervising instances (further – economic court) it can be carried out zvuko-and (or) video of judicial session, and also making of separate legal proceedings out of judicial session (further – legal proceeding).
The specified right of economic court can be performed for the purpose of providing the correct and timely dispute resolution or consideration of the case taking into account complexity of case, the list of persons participating in case and (or) other circumstances at the discretion of economic court at any stage of economic process, including during legal proceedings.
